At Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling, our mission is to provide safety and comfort to our customers - homeowners. We help their families and they are our family.

The Summers Career Learning Center opened in September 2022. We will teach you how to install, tune, and repair the most vital equipment in the home: plumbing and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning).

When you go into our customers' homes, you will be their superhero.
​
During your training, you will already be an employee of Summers PHC. You will be paid during training and receive our normal benefits package.

You will receive the best ongoing training in the country.
Meet Your Instructors
Our goal is to help build the best Plumbing and HVAC technicians in the industry. To do that, we require our instructors to be the best in the industry - not just with the subject matter, but also as educators.
Andrew Nathan
Plumbing Instructor
Andrew is a licensed plumber in the state of Indiana and holds a variety of other licenses and certificates. Andrew has 10+ years in the industry.
Doug Milliner
Senior HVAC Instructor
Doug was our original instructor at the CLC. Previously an operations manager and supervisor at Summers, Doug has 48+ years in the industry. Doug has been training people on the job for his entire career. Doug is a vested Employee Owner.
Jarett Gaines
HVAC Instructor
Jarett has 12 years experience as a senior service technician. In his previous role as a supervisor, Jarett arranged and conducted training for his team for many heating and cooling seasons. Jarett is a vested Employee Owner.
